As an Associate Organization of the Renaissance Society of America (RSA), the Southeastern Renaissance Conference hosts 4 sponsored sessions at the RSA’s annual conference. SRC-sponsored sessions are open to scholars from all disciplines across the arts and humanities. One need not be a member of the SRC to propose or participate in a panel, though we do encourage all to join. All participants must be members of the RSA to attend the RSA conference.
You may submit either a complete panel proposal or an abstract of approximately 150 words for an individual paper using the links below. Please note that the RSA has clear requirements — most notably, strict word limits — for each type of submission. Applicants should consult and adhere to the RSA’s guidelines before submitting panel proposals and abstracts to the SRC.
Deadlines
- For consideration for the 2023 Conference, papers must be submitted by August 7th.
How to Submit
- For complete Panel proposals, please use our SRC-at-RSA Panel Module.
- To submit an abstract (150 words or less) for an individual paper, please use our SRC-at-RSA Paper Module.
(Abstracts for individual papers will be reviewed and, when accepted, coordinated by the SRC into completed panels for the RSA Conference.)
